Refund and Returns Policy

At Milano Designer Knitwear, we take pride in crafting high-quality, Australian-made knitwear designed to last. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent returns policy.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings or final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@milanodesignerknitwear.com.au or (03) 9338 4668, and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

In-Store Purchases

  • Returns for items purchased at our Tullamarine Factory Outlet must be returned in person with proof of purchase.
