At Milano Designer Knitwear, we take pride in crafting high-quality, Australian-made knitwear designed to last. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent returns policy.
Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings or final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@milanodesignerknitwear.com.au or (03) 9338 4668, and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
In-Store Purchases

Returns for items purchased at our Tullamarine Factory Outlet must be returned in person with proof of purchase.
